Yes, the engine is complete!!! For $275 each we got 125cc 4 speed engines, carb, intake, cdi, kick lever, shift lever, coil, small wiring harness and shipping. Pretty much its a sore peter of a deal.

Crap. I've just about talked myself out of a CT-90 and I see this.
I've been banned from motorcycles since my pile up with some rocks in the mountains. Family is OK with a "scooter."
Have the urge to build something anyway.

Excellent ride! Will there be one or two in the support van? Will riders trade off with the van drivers? And....which engine and engine accessories will be more reliable; the "commie" Lifan or the "all American" Mo-Par 318/383?

Do you have a build thread somewhere?

I would love to see some more pics of that front end and all the other work you are doing to those bikes. I have a few 90s myself and this looks like a great idea.

Here is an update on the bikes..... Just ordered the rest of the parts minus tires, chains, and sprockets. We have all of the bikes, engines, and now are waiting for the cables, levers, lights, etc, etc. Once we get these parts in, I will take a step by step pics of the build. Give us a couple days and I will flood the thread with pics.

Lots on your plate just getting the [5! ] bikes built in a short time frame. The whole idea is nuts and that's what makes it intresting.
Best of luck to the whole expedition ! :clap
