    I live in Denmark.
Unfortunately the options for gravel and dirt road riding isn't good here.
Several places along the west coast of Jutland it's allowed to ride sections of the beaches though.
If you believe that I can be of help in any way, just let me know.

Hi @Don T , we have rather a boring stretch from the Netherlands to Travemunde so a bit of fun on the legal Danish beaches might be fun. PM me and we can talk!

Well I live in Denmark as well. At the west coast, a little north of Esbjerg and Varde.
I know some gravel roads in this area, and could offer some overnighting in shelter or tent, if any one have interests in staying a day or two. And I even have some trees useful for a hammock.
Please see more about our place at www.MiniPrimiCamp.dk

Subscribed, I'm in Valencia, Spain and willing to test any loops that you would want to add in this region or any other in Spain. Great work guys!

I'm planning on going to Nordkapp, I could test the Swedish / Finnish part of the route.

When are you planning on heading out? And what are your precise plans? North through Finland and south through Sweden or the other way round? :)

That's the current state ot the TET (I hope @RedBallRun doesn't mind me posting it here ;-) ):

Sweden and Finland are done, but may be changed over time. If you have any suggestions for improvement, shoot! :-)

    Either June, or August.
I have 3.5 weeks, and it takes me 1 day to go from Belgium to south-Sweden, or 3 days to get to Finland.
So, I think I have time for 1 leg of trail-riding, but probably not both legs.

On your map, it looks like there's an down-and-up-again detour around Uppsala?

What bike will you be riding? :-) You can get from Helsinki to the North Cape in 6 or 7 days. If you are really pushing it you can do it in 4 days. Depends on how much sightseeing you wanna do and how many hours you are willing to spend in the saddle of course. I haven't ridden the current Swedish leg of the TET yet, but I reckon three and a half weeks should be plenty to make both legs.

When it comes to the detour I think it's better to wait for @RedBallRun to chime in. He is the guy who is putting it all together. :-)

Oh, I thought these were trails :-)
If trail riding: Yamaha WR250X, perhaps with R wheels if I can get some used ones, or with tkc80 tires on sumo wheels.
If normal roads: Honda Deauville NT700V

Finland (and Sweden likewise as far as my experience goes) does not have enough trails (as in 2 meter wide fancier versions of footpaths) to go all the way from Helsinki to the very North. Most of the TET in Finland runs on various versions of gravel roads and tracks, with a few somewhat tricky sections thrown in between. It includes very remote places as well as literal labyrinths of tracks/trails you have to navigative through. Take a look at my rr to get an impression: http://advrider.com/index.php?threa...h-around-the-polar-circle-and-beyond.1159905/

I haven't ridden the current state of the Swedish leg yet, so I don't really know what the guys threw in there. I guess it will be similar, though. Hopefully someone else will soon drop in to clear that up :-)

From what I have seen other (especially southern) parts of the TET are more challenging in terms of riding technique. You might want to check them out. ;-)

This summer I'm going to make tour around the Balkans. I can try to make TET in Romania, Bulgaria, Republic of Macedonia, Albania and Croatia. I have one month for it (July), and CCM GP 450 ;)

    Hi @arnoldus

The stretch from mid-Sweden to the Nordkapp is recce'd. Malmo to mid-Sweden is well underway by the Swedish TET team but not yet finalised.

    Finland is sorted - thankyou @Revontulet !

This is a gravel/trail route with sections of tar so a WRX with knobblies or WRR wheels would be ideal - but consider a big tank if you haven't got one already - perhaps the IMS 4.7 gallon. (I've had WRRs and LOVE them)

If you want to drop me a pm, I can put you in touch with the Swedish Linesman who will be able to bring you up to date with southern Sweden.

    Have fun!

The Uppsala to Stockholm stretch is just a bit of our contributor's track. Ignore it, the TET will skip Stockholm I think
