Bummer you want a gen2
Is there a helmet lock that accepts Triumph lock cylinder? Like a spare part from any model Triumph bike, provided the lock can be keyed the same as a 2018 Tiger 800XCX.
For example on my BMW K1200GT street bike I bought an R1100GS helmet lock replacement part from BMW, put my own bike's lock cylinder in it, and then adapted a way to mount it. That way everything can be the same key.
An aftermarket one would be fine too. For example something like the following, but one that would accept my Triumph key:
Any suggestions for an adjustable reach clutch lever for a 2012 Roadie? I see Triumph makes exactly what I need for $50USD but didn’t know if there were any other options out there.
I like the shorty levers you can purchase cheaply on eBay (<$20). If you go that route I’d suggest getting silver since the other anodized colors can fade in the sun.
Can you adjust the lever reach distance with those?
Yes-six adjustments on mine; Chinese, arrived in ten days.

Yes. I cut and filed most of the round end off of the stock aftermarket shorties to make more room for 1 or two fingers on the grip since I use 2 or 3 fingers on the levers.
