Anyone pretty well versed in the above want to makea mid June trip out to do a little fishing? Can do a day trip leaving crack of dawn on Sat (15th?), try a few different pools and be home to sleep in our own beds by late that evening? (I'm in N Chesterfield or can meet you out on the river somewhere if you're out that way already?)

Would appreciate some beta on the local do's and don'ts.

    Thanks yo

What kind of trout are you chasing?
    Spinning or fly fishing?

I still need to get out and try the Jackson River above the Poor Farm area (north of Lake Moomaw).

I hope to be waving a fly rod around this weekend chasing brook trout, but I plan on going for the weekend.
