She has made all the difference! I second all Brodo said, a big thank you for your fantastic photos and all of your "" to report in!
Giada had a bad day yesterday... her moto deceased without apparent reasons... hope she fixed in time to start again today or borrowed another bike like Charlie. Any photo of her Jenny? she was doing very fine being at her first race experience in the sand
Is Giada in Profi or Amateur? I am trying to find her results in the tuareg live page but no luck...
Hi Gian - not sure, if her race number is 327 as it says on the start list, then I'll have a look through once I down load all the photos - I got shots of most people today...
Ned posted 14th in this morning's Stage 7 but only 9 minutes off the lead which means he retains his 2nd place overall by a wide margin!
Everyone just headed out to the last afternoon run (a short obligatory stage that is untimed, but must be completed). As long as he completes this short mass-start motocross-style run, he is assured a podium finish in second.
This morning's results were just posted so he doesn't know himself yet, nor does Jenny who ran out to get some more good pics.
Just thought I'd let the ADV crew know the latest from Douz.
Next is the partying!
327 Giada Beccari Moto Amat. 34 33 49 1:52 00:09:43 00:03:34 00:00:00 00:06:51 00:02:40 11:00
Excellent stuff - well done to Ned and and all the other competitors!
Hope he made it on for lunch today as well....
Thanks guys for keeping us updated. Im looking forward to seeing more pics soon.
Well done to all the competitors. Podium for Ned...that doesn't suck

Congrats to all the competitors and to you Jenny. Awesome.
I don't know either but it sure is appreciated!
Yo, Timi ....!
There. I think that says it all.
A huge shout-out to Ned for his stirling result!!
A big "whoa, dude!" to Charlie for never saying "die."
But while he hasn't gotten a lot air time ... I can't begin to tell you how utterly impressed I am by Mike(y) Krynock.
Every, every single day for him has been a battle of willpower to even start the stage due to being so dog-down sick.
He had a bad case of walking pneumonia and "something else" before even starting the rally -- so it has been just stunning to see him hang in there and keep on riding.
And more scoring ... ummm .... "misses:"

>> So I was third yesterday. But they have a bogus 4 hour penalty for missing a check and I did t miss any I w
>> Even asked at the end and they said all good. No missed checks.
So I understand that they are manually putting data down on a spreadsheet but I'm sick as ---k and I want at least one good result.
Admittedly I should be in the pro class but I am so sick and weak I'm fighting for a result I got one now please give it. Ack.
3/15/13 3:32 AM -- iPhone update from Mike Krynock:
> Well this morning I got them to look at the time sheet and they said I
> missed CP4 that was the finish. So they "gave me back" 3 rd place but
> they wanted me to start 24 ? As they can't change thief software?
> Really? So I was trying to yell at them to put me on the first row but
> I have no voice as I'm sick eventually they put me on the third row.
