I am planning a ride up to Summerhaven tomorrow morning around 0600. I'll be going over Reddington and then up the control road. I'll be staying for the day and plan to ride down the tarmac in the evening. You are welcome to join me on the ride up. PM me if you want to meet up.

I use one of these on my DR350 and one of my DR650's - works for me. Once you have the brackets mounted (very easy) you can remove/replace the shield very quickly anytime you don't want it on.

Here's what it looks like on my DR's

Was thinking of getting a shield (that I won't need to cut) off something an screw it to my existing headlite shroud for a little wind breakage. Any body have any experience riding 1000 miles in less then 24 hrs on a water cooled Xr? Besides the obvious discomfort I mean.

    Matt

Ps I know this sounds horrible but I am getting roped into going to some cage fight at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight if anybody wants to join. We could turn it into a meet and greet ;)

Maybe I should get a few tats, then I would be more modern huh Low Down?

PS: The dude on the scooter represents a nice blend of the past and the future...lots of headlights to see in front of you and lots of mirrors to see what's behind ya.

You folks have some gorgeous scenery here. Went by the Desert Museum this afternoon following the storm. Didn't know what to expect but was blown away. Love the Park BTW.
