No not pouring - but the ride to Jackson cabin in a long one and most would want to trailer to the starting point - basically canceled due to lack of interest - we are taking an easier - shorter ride around Davidson canyon instead.

Leaving from the TA truck stop in Willcox no later than 0900 on Nov. 11th. We'll head up to Alpine and camp the first night. Then take forest roads into New Mexico the next day and head south finding another campsite along the way. We'll head home on the 13th with stories of grand adventure to tell.

Supermoto or Big Bike friendly ride this Saturday.

Route: Sierra Vista to Benson, Pomerene Road, Three Links, Ft. Grant, Klondike Road, Hwy 70 to Safford, then up the mountain for some of the best twistys in the state. Route home is 191 south, then some combo of dirt and pavement back to S.V.

S.V. riders meet at the Gas City on B.S.T ready to roll at 8:00.

Benson joiners(anyone coming from T-Town) meet at the old train depot rest area across from the Chevron on the main drag(2nd Benson exit) at 9:00.

Wilcox people meet at the race track entrance(Inde Motorsports) at 10:30.

Lunch in Safford with tight twistys and insane views for dessert. :evil

Please post up on the Cochise County thread if yer gonna ride, otherwise I won't know to wait for ya. :deal

Estimated Length of Ride: 60 miles at most
Difficulty: 1 being easy, 5 being hard I give this one a 4

Was up in Reddington all weekend since Friday night. Did Chiva on Saturday morning. They had a heavy enforcement action going on Saturday. All through the camp areas and a road block about 3 miles after the pavement ended. Wish i would have seen the post. We would have joined you Sunday morning. :wave

Skip and I will leave around 9am to arrive in Sonoita by 10. The ride covers many miles, some gravel some paved (about 50/50). It will go to Parker Canyon Lake, across high country along the border to nogales, Pina Blanca Lake, on to Arivaca then home via the curvy bits of Arivaca Rd.

    Maybe lunch in Nogales
