If I hadn't had to go to work. Once I was done there, I would be.

This job has some cool perks.....today im spending 6 hours in a class room. Taking A100 aviation safety class because tomorrow im taking a helicopter ride to the bottom of the canyon to phantom ranch! NPS requires the class if you are going to fly down more than once a year, since the ranch is one of my properties I will need go go down every few months and my time is to valuable (so they tell me?) that i will need to fly down and up rather than hike or ride a mule. Im Fin stoked!!!!!

I once worked with a guy who every year would spend Christmas or a few days around Christmas at the ranch. It was 25 years ago and he had already realized the value of unpluging everyone and finding a way to enjoy a simple rustic time with his family. I've always wanted to get down to the ranch myself. I only managed to do a day hike down to the 5000 ft level. Enjoy your ride.

That Oryx is some of the best wild meat I've ever eaten. I'm putting in for a tag next year seeing as how I live close by.

Sorry it's so dirty. I just haven't had the time or inclination to give it a good cleaning. It's a nice little grill though. Enjoy!

Almost all packed up and ready to hit the road in the morning. I'm exhausted. Discovered a colony of mice living under my small garage door porch. Killed six of those bastards today. Probably have to dispose of a bunch more in TorC.

Many thanks to @GS Dave for helping me load and @mikrow for the Sonos. I'll be playing tunes in the garage while I unpack all those tools.

Sorry to hear of GreyWolf (Mark) passing tonight. Don't know what happened. RIP Mark. Life is short kids and we never know when our number is up. Live it well.

See you all in a few weeks.
