If you don't I'll "spain" it to ya over lunch. With 3 trips to Thailand and Singapore already this year.....even without taking my Ginka Baloaba, I can remember. :clap

Looking at google maps it seems there is a road called 6N32 that goes west from Lake Hughes Rd. and ends up at the 5 freeway. Is this road open?

No idea, but our planned route is 6N24 to 7N01 to 7N02, which takes us back to San Francisquito Canyon Road.

By the way, here's my cell phone number in case anyone needs it. I'll have it on between 8:15 and 8:30, and then again for a few minutes around 9am: 818-263-4179. Oh, and my name's Michael.

No need to "check in" though, cause if you're comin', you're comin'. If not, not.

I believe I've only met Sito and Pasole Vato on previous rides, so I'm looking forward to meeting the rest of you tomorrow. Get a good nite's sleep!!

Enjoyed the ride and great meeting everyone. Lunch was yummy.

ErrinV's former crusty but trusty 640 performed very well, too much bike for a noob. That bike was never ridden this slow, but it gave me so much confidence and feeling that it will never let me down.

Thanks Shoco for coming up with this one.

    Looking for another ride again.

    Hi Carl,

Glad to see you're out there. I haven't been able to get out on any rides lately. Maybe I should ride down to Weinerschnitzel and grab some dinner. :evil

So here are the pictures and video clips I took. Ansel Adams, I'm not, but hey, they're better than nothing!

All in all, it was a nice day. Great weather, beautiful scenery, and a good bunch of guys. The low point for me, was definitely dropping my bike, breaking my windscreen into 10 pieces, and then having to deal with a bogging bike for the rest of the day.

I pulled the bike apart when I got home and didn't find anything unusual, so we'll see.

Anyway, we had a nice turnout. The actual off-road portion of the ride turned out to be shorter than I thought it was going to be, so I hope everyone still had a good time.

Here's the evidence from the day:
