A slice of pie can help make that more gooder.

    I gots a 4H dealio on Thursday.

Wish I could join in again, that pie was the stuff legends are made of.
I suggested they could expand a bit and was (rightfully) put in my place instantly. It's perfect.

They have enough old ladies chained up back there, cutting fat into flour and mixing delicious substances 24 hours a day. Any more will draw undue attention to them.

It is rare, after all, that a slice of pie is actually terrible.

Bettys Pies manage it with a few of their offerings, but in general even an ordinary old mass produced pie will suffice in times of dire need, tiding one over until something truly wonderful can be obtained.

Had a little news today - progress of the new crankshafts for the Matchless!

These are the prototypes, not my actual crankshaft. Progress is good though.

No one needs to see photos of your crankshaft.

Yeah...what Spike said... but it does look a bit bigger than expected.

I expect it'll be a lot better once I insert it into the big ends and get it spinning with some hot oil thrown on it for good measure.

Up until now I though you were talking about motors-n-stuff, but now I see you're just making dirty sex talk.

Right. Unless you have specific requirements I'll figure out some sort of route out and back.

    Meet for breakfast?

Suggest Merlins Family Restaurant on 169 and 95 at 9 am?

Otherwise, just head out from my place if'n ya want.

OK, got a 300 mile round trip idea that should work well. Gets us to the Pie Shoppe mid day ish (depending on brekky arrangements), and so gives us plenty of sit around eating pie time, coffee stop time and the like.

If pmd hasn't nabbed the tag we can add that to the route, but I expect it will have moved by thursday.

Also gets us home before prime forest rat hour.
