Not a fan of 5-8... The service is generally very slow as well as the kitchen. Its good in the summer if you want to sit outside on the patio with a pitcher or two. Used to go there all the time since it is just on the other side of the lake from me. I now usually just spend a few extra minutes running to the Blue Door in STP, but the new one opens soon 3 blocks north of the Riverview.

    Yes, it is good.

Unfortunately, it was a bit further away than that. A place called Two Fat Boys down in Nueces Canyon - Texas Hill Country. It's a taste I won't ever forget.

That was a fantastic day. The bbq was great, desserts were most excellent, the waitress was hot and the outside seating was in the shade. I really, really hope that I can take Bon Bon there.

Does the perfect bike for me exist? Here are the features I am after, even better if it looks like the 2013 CB1100.

    • 30" seat height (Offer a taller seat for those who need it)
    • Upright riding posture
    • Comfortable seat
    • No plastic panels in the way
    • Fuel Injection
    • Shaft drive with comfortable 70mph cruising (no vibration)
    • ABS standard
    • Tubeless tires (mags please!)
    • 45 bhp and 500-600 cc
    • Self-adusting valves hydraulic? (no shim and bucket or 3k inspection intervals)
    • Sub 450lbs wet
    • Center stand standard
    • Dirt road friendly and comfortable for the long highway haul
    • Room under the fenders for tires with some bite
    • Built in hooks under the seat for soft luggage
    • Metal gas tank for magnetic tank bags
    • Minimal exhaust pipe - keep it (and turn signals) out of the way of saddlebags, please
    • SAE connectors for electronics and for heated clothing
    • An appropriately-sized alternator to run said electronics and heated gear
    • Real handle bars for mounting GPS or customizing fit
    • Heated grips standard
    • On board air compressor and relevant length hose
    • Room for the windscreen of my choice and crash bars or sliders
I figured the collective would know if it exists or if there is a close approximation out there. My list of features pretty much goes from required to wishful thinking. :deal

    Short answer? No.

Medium answer? Lots of conflicting priorities in your post. Light weight, low seat height, small displacement vs. shaft drive, meaty tires, many factory options.

Long answer? modern chains are no big deal, particularly if your centerstand requirement is met. The rest of your requirements are pretty close to the BMW G650GS / older F650GS single cylinder model, as well as the Husqvarna TR650 Strada that was just released.

Prioritize that wish list and we'll be better able to assist you.

Shaft drive is a wish. The lowered F650 is a bit top heavy for my short self. Thank you.
