I'm looking to replace my wooden garage doors with new ones with a higher R value. Seems like there are a few brands of doors and a whole lot of outfits that sell them. Does anyone have an installer they would recommend?

It is my considered opinion that the Juicy Lucys at the 5-8 club are not as good as the Jucy Lucys at Matts Bar.

But they are still very good.

When I built my garage I went with Twin City Garage Door Company

    http://www.twincitygaragedoor.com/

Nothing special but they did the job well, they also sell parts for garage door openers, so when that poorly engineered piece that rides in the track wears out, you can get a new one.

I don't have any advice but I am curious what you find. One of my garage doors and opener needs to be replaced.

    But but but..

You said upper. I didn't mean you were on top. I meant uper. Like a made up word. Therefore I get to decide how it's spelled. :deal
