Wombat666 and I had two gorgeous days of weather, riding and camping. The plan - street tires on my 990 and his Versys. Twisty, narrow blacktop with minimal gravel and zero dirt. Supermoto kind of fun!

Yeah...about that no gravel plan. Failed.

Hey that's my neck of the woods! I live in Independence now. Myself and 2 other guys are taking a 3 day trip down to Jenny Wiley next weekend. Those kinds of roads you posted are exact cup of tea except we avoid all slab like the plague! I also enjoy the occasional bit of gravel/dirt. On Saturday I'd like to run the whole length of little shepherd, just north of Black Mountain. It'll be the first of many 3-4 day trips this year. Looks like we'll be camping at Jenny Wiley if the weather stays decent.

Cool. Yeah - no slab for us except to get over the Ohio River. Here's one of my Little Shepherd experiences: http://advrider.com/index.php?threads/cincinnati-area-dual-sport-group.758808/page-255#post-28044226

Ah see that's some cool looking stuff right there. At one point in your video it looked like you were almost making your own trail, surely the little shepherd hasn't been that neglected. Was that part of it? We've ridden the half with asphalt and it was fun.

That road/trail was in a different area - a little further north. The gravel part of Little Shepherd is nice. Nothing too challenging. Mostly like a gravel road.

That does look like a nice route. Would you be willing to share that track/route so I could load it up in a MyRouteApp and take a look at it?
