A good set of 'shit-kickers' and a tweak with some suspensions components and I'm sure things will be manageable!

Great to see you are able to start making some serious progress towards getting back on the road again Andi! Congratulations on FINALLY taking delivery of the new ride :clap

Holy CRAP! I just had a bike shipped. But it was only bike in trailer, packed in packing blankets, to protect it from other things, etc. And while it was an "experienced" KTM 640, I would not have wanted it packed this way, and I don't think I would have given this guy good feedback. The gold bike on the right sure looks like a classic Honda and looks like the rest of them are just leaning on each other. damn.

It goes without saying that the pair of you have had a huge year of adventure, adversity and have overcome some nerve shattering hurdles along the way. So my thoughts go out to you both on this Christmas Day when you are so far from family and friends.

It's great to see you up and going again Ellen. I know that crash must have been a huge blow to your confidence, and body, and no one blames you for slotting into the pillion seat. However, now you can sit back, take in the view with a camera in tote, and leave the pointy end of the machine for Andi to worry about.

Andi, I'm sure you have found new limits for where your patience can be stretched, or at least Suzuki USA certainly has. I admire how through thick and thin you have managed to find find a solution and still climb back on your iron horse to venture on.

Here's to real adventure, the way it meant to be lived.

    Seasons greetings and ride on,

    Dave Caesar

Yeah I saw it and the shit the ADV Grifter bought up, not sure what his bones are with us, we don't know him and we certainly DON'T want to know him, we have done nothing against him and had no bones with him until now, now he can piss off and die for all I care, he is nothing but an oxygen thief.

    Yip,i'm a 'victim' too!
    Merry Kiwi Xmas! :)

    Hey you two,
A very safe, happy and enjoyable Christmas to you both. :beer I sure hope Maya stomps up to the challenge and provides you with trouble free riding for the rest of your trip into 2013. You certainly deserve it, and after a good clean I am sure she will look beautiful.
Stonking hot here in Wanaka with 30ÂșC and moderate westerlies but all in all a beautiful day.

35.2 degrees in Alexandra yesterday, and Wanaka wasn't far behind. Enjoy that cooler northern hemisphere christmas.

Have a great christmas both of you.
