Awesome!!! Thanks for sharing. I made the cut too!!! I have over 900 video clips from our trip. I am afraid it may be a LONG time before I can put together a video.
Amanda-------------I learned a long time ago that when making a video that doesn't bore you or your audience that the clips should be kept very short--------a new one when the terrain or riding changes.
You nailed it----and I thank you.
I’ve noticed a trend that ADV and Diving seem to go hand in hand, me included.

You guys ROCK. I enjoyed following along. Great video too.
Awesome RR. I just read the whole thing couldn't put my phone down.
Brilliant video to end the trip, thanks for sharing!
Great report you two!
Extra credit to Amanda for taking on such an epic journey with so few miles under her belt!
You rock, seriously.
Looking forward to y'alls next adventure!
Just read your entire RR start to finish. Thank you for the effort, time, and thoughtfulness it required. For an adv noob like me, it provided great insight, details that were granular enough, and your transparency was really warm. Congratulations to you both.
Ditto on a previous post, you married very well it seems, as did I.
I'm planning a TAT run in summer 2020 with my son (after college). Just bought a 2015 KLR, and have started down the mod road, trying to do everything myself and know it inside and out. Your RR gave me a shot of motivation I wasn't expecting.
Best to you.
Ditto again for married well. I am the self nominated President of the Amanda fan club. lol. Funny, my two daughters and I are also planning the TAT in 2020 after the oldest graduates college. We should meet up somewhere, were in Arkansas.
Sounds great. We are in West Tennessee. Our part of TN does pavement, depression, and violent crime really well, but we suck on good trail riding venues. I’m just learning how to navigate this forum, but I’m looking here and elsewhere for some short rides to plan between now and The Big One. If you know any it would be great to meet up. Because I have an exceptionally beautiful wife, I also have five other children ( 4 of which are daughters) Would love to make the trail with all of them, but we’ll see with numero uno.
Great RR, thanks for your efforts!
Sounds like you are starting on the right foot! Best of luck, let us know if we can help!
