vicous rumor going around, someone has bought two & is going to reopen it. Anybody else heard this?
I hope so. I miss that place.
That'd be enough to get me up that way every other weekend again.
Here's to hoping.
Heard the same rumor. Might actually give me a reason to ride
South for a change...
The secret is out. Coates bought it. Leave your Obama stickers at the door.
Damn, another Harley Hangout.
Steve, are you going to expand the parking lot to handle more trailers?
Nope. New owner lives about a mile up the Gap rd. last I knew he had in his stable a 1200GS, an XL aand an XR 650 and a Suzuki super Moto but no Harleys. But yeah, he told me Sat, he's shooting for reopen. Finally, the world begins to right itself.
Whew, I was afraid Coates bought it and was going to turn it into a bandana parlor.
No it is not me but a friend of mine has bought the place, no land lease and all the crazy stuff he owns the whole place!
He is gonna do some major work over the winter and hopes to open by spring!
He is a true motorcyclist and loves TWO if it has 2 wheels he is into it!
He has been camping and riding in the area since the 80s.
Great guy and will do a great job getting it ready it should be awesome!!
I will soon get a offical thread up about it but spread the word TWO will live again better than ever!!
Start making those spring plans!!!!
I look forward to riding in!
Fantastic news! This was one of our favorite places to ride and stay.
That's the best news I've heard in a while. Please keep us posted.
FYI, Bill Johnston bought the property but not the business name of Two Wheels Only, that's owned and trademarked by me.
Let's hope he can get the facilities cranked up by next spring, that takes longer than you think. Just ask Anthony at Riders Hill.
That you GT? If so, HI and hope ya'll are well!
Yep, its me!
Usually lurking around and riding when I can.
