    Well despite all the well intentioned advice against doing so we have decided to be bone headed and get 2 CCMs any way.

    So in the next few weeks we're going to collect two of them, when we're posting bloggs about horrific breakdowns or rubbish fuel consumption in middle of Mongolia you can all say I told you so.

    Sorry about resurecting an old thread from a year ago, But i've just refound this one again, and to all those that were interested in seeing how we getting on we know have a website up and running: www.mudandknobblies.co.uk from there you can follow our adventure.

    Once we get going in April we'll post in the ride reports section about all the ups and downs about life on the road.

    Good to hear the adventure is still on , looking forward to the reports. You mentioned in an earlier post about the Croatian coast ride , have heard from other posters how amazing this scenery is , could you recommend a starting point and route for those of us yet to try it.......Thanks.

    Hi Rigger if you look on my website there's a ride report called Dubrovnik 2009. I rode all the way from Istria to Dubrovnik and the whole run was awesome, however further reading after coming back the country has lead me to believe that going inland a bit in Croatia is also stunning.

    We're going back down that way in april and looking to do some of inland stiff like going to the falls, can't remember the name of the top of my head and can't spell it anyway.
