This is pretty funny...I live near New Hope, PA. The town is popular with motorcyclists, all kinds but especially weekend pirates (no criticism, just saying). So I'm walking down the street and this dude in jeans, S-kicker boots, bandana and Harley T-shirt pulls a leather riding jacket out of the trunk of his Toyota Camry, puts it on and heads down the block to Fran's Pub, where the other weekend biker-types hang out. This is better than trailering a bike to bike week!

It might get chilly in the pub. Real bikers always throw their rides colors around when they are out in public. Never know when a mother fucker's gunna' look at ya' the wrong way.

    Gotta' rep that badass persona'!

Been to New Hope before. Weekends you have to wear hearing protection while walking down the street.

Loud pipes haven't done anything good for this town.

Jacket in the trunk so momma won't know he's going to the bar.

Speaking of ultimate poseurs, I passed a boss hoss today on highway 49. I saw it at the bar in Coloma a couple hours later.

I noticed the same thing today.
I was at pic a lilli inn today and noticed a couple drove up in a hundai wearing biker garb.
There were about 50 harleys there and me and the wife on the TU250...

Fran's pub is a good place to stop off season, and by season I mean before all the bikers get there.
Not sure about the prices, but the food is good.
    Good beer on tap.

    LOL

The annoying part about New Hope is its hard to avoid if you are riding in Upper Bucks or tinkering around the river. HOLY CRAP the lines are completely rediculous.

I've went up there for dates and such, but I try to go relatively late and avoid the place like sin during the day on a weekend.

I prefer not to go that far south of me, too much civilization. The roads are more interesting to the north but the people start looking pretty odd the further up you go.

Yeah, I'm starting from 45 minutes south of Trenton, so its kind of a necessary evil, and Washington Crossing is the easiest way I've found to GTFO without paying a toll, all while avoiding the joys of Trenton.

New Hope is much less annoying.
