I hope this isn't a 205 and it isn't a hack but it is a Ural and kinda neat:

It's typical Ural fanatic garbage and not sidecar related so please put it where the sunshine don't shine!

Thanks, kinda neat to see other aspects of what we normally only see as a hack!

I think it would be great to see Ural with a 1000 cc hack motor. It might do better than 65 on the highway.

What do you think that thing puts out maybe 50 HP? That seems sufficient to propel a hack.....

The "ICON 1000 Quartermaster" uses the same engine as all other Urals :deal

I "ASSumed" that the 1000 referred to the fact they'd possibly installed new cylinders and piston (etc) to make it a 1000 CC motor.

    No ???

The project is called Icon 1000, the bike is called the Quartermaster. It is an apocalypse themed series of bikes they are building, just one of which is the Ural. This was in Beasts a few months ago. Ural worked closely with Icon on the project.

Apocalypse theme? Is that a current genre? Post-Apocalypto next?:clap

Sounds good and it's packing Supertrapps.
I thought the 1000 was in reference to the number going to be available.

    What's the weight again?
    Just a Russian PD.

Surprised this got booted out of Hacks!
I'm thinking someone could put a enduro platform on one and ride into battle.
