Before the race they interviewed the riders, Janniro had 1st choice for starting position, he chose the pole saying "traction was better in 2 but I can control the race from the pole". He was all over Fox in turns 1 and 2, then stood him up in 3, you can see the results in the above video. After he tore thru the tapes, he got into a shoving match/fistfight in the stands, swearing on the mic, made a real ass of himself.

yes, yes he did make a real ass of himself.

i was standing on the wall mid way down the back straight (been there forever) the bump from janirro might not have been "on purpouse" BUT fox was in the lead, and its his line, janirro being in second it was his job to lift, shut off, cut down inside etc...... he didnt, and the call that was made was the correct call...... it should have ended there, but it didnt, and what ensued SHOULD have cause a full ejection.

many people, myself included, lost a little respect for janirro as a sportsman..... hes a hell of a rider, but not a very good sportsman.

mad dog should not have been penalized, he made a lightning start.

i have every beleif, that if fox, even in the restart, was on his bike, he would have won..... kid was on fire, my figuritive hat is off to the guy.

but congrats are in order to the bullet, he also rode his ass off, and as a true sportsman, and such a positive figure in the sport, especially the junior program, he deserves it well.

thanks rad brad for another great season. see ya next year!!

next up, speedway at pomona, then the monster speedway invitational at industry on dec. 28

ruml gives it his all, needs about 20 more lbs of ass and hell be DANGEROUS.

gino, just needs to settle down a bit, and focus, he seems to ride with too much emotion and it causes him to be inconsistant.

next year ought to be good. i look forward to the spring classic.

also, last nights format was a little bit odd.....

it wasnt normal, it wasn't the typical "championship" format, nor was it "GP format"

i wish everyone would have raced everyone once thru the night, but it seemed like some heats were stacked, and some werent.

there should have been 2 semi finals to decide the main entrants, and a LCQ for those who didnt make the main..... or not, because there was only 4 riders in the main anyways.

i was confused as hell, and it wasnt good. (i didnt spring the 5 bucks for a program) even if i did buy a program, im sure it wouldnt have looked good on paper.

Well, the last few days, the Internet drama has been knee deep over the incident in the main event......

Brad posted a very well written letter, ultimately fining janirro and suspending him until further notice. I can't say I disagree, but it's a huge loss as a spectator, hopefully the dust will settle, the minds will meet, and we can move on.

Brad, thanks for a great 2013 season.

When this happened, it was already past "kerfew" the race had been run on well past it's time schedule, and for brad to not get any stiff fines (neighbors and fair board are dicks) the race had to let go. Rather than toss him out and risk another episode/tantrum they let him go to get it over with. Fortunately he didnt wreck mad dog or do anything stupid.

You'd never see hamill or Hancock do that kind of shit.

I was wondering about it as well. He should have been DQ'd right on the spot.
