I've sent him the pix, so all he has to do is stick'em up.

I was not aware of this game as I have kind of divorced myself from TOR games due to too many other irons in the fire. Must say that MOB was very secretive when he headed out Saturday, so knew something was up.

I got back into town a little after 5:00 with the temps sitting at 103 on the carport thermometer. Hot as Hades.

Just have to wait now for MOB to do his thing.

I'm trying to get all the shots together now, I have to say this single tag was one of the most fun ones I have done, both for the company I had during the drop, and for the simplicity and oddity of it's "plant"...
    pics will be up shortly...

I agree holeheartedly, and as we are in the infancy, and only 3 players have "gotten Nutty", I thing defining this as "where the Nut gets planted" is the money shot....but this Nut is gonna be a poser, as it is currently travelling back and forth over the border of 2 states, continually, every 15 minutes during the day, untill he gets grabbed....and as he got planted exactly on the border, (you'll see in the picture) when we last left Mr Nut, he was in Virginia...my home, so I'll call it a Va. Tag drop....:rofl :rofl :rofl

hang tight, photos coming up:photog :wings :wings :wings

edited to call it a Va. tag drop for the map.....

Well, it was a great weekend, super Rally, super friends, and I got a nut.
As you saw in my "grab" post, I took Nutzo out of Pa. and carried him across the Mason-Dixon, and over to Manchester Md. for partying with the COG group...Now they all know about this game, and there was a lot of interst in it from those that saw Nutzy....
My pal Guy B Young was willing to roll with me this a.m. when i told him my drop zone, and a bunch of other COG'rs decided to make the run, and have some BB-Q after the drop, Before GBY and i headed home to Richmond...I wanted to plant Nutzo in my state, but the plot thickens,so off we went...
    En route we got here:
Mr. Nut didn't get to have a cig, But we were all having a hoot, letting him know he will be "on the water" till someone grabs him up....
these shots above, were taken in Md.

at the exact point of Md. and Va. line, on the Potomac, I firmly affixed this fella to the Md. end of the barge, tiewrapped to the diagonal pipe that braces up the sign, he looked worried, and a bit green around the gills.....he'll get used to the ride for sure....

the folks on the boat were enjying all the ADV salutes wayyyyyy too much...
so after the river ride, Guy and I bid farewell to Nutzy, and off we went....

these are shot from the Va. side of the Potomac....

note which end of the boat, and where he is tiewrapped on to that pipe, so you can get to him fast once you get the bike parked on board, it only gives you 5 minutes to retrieve him, and get your shots on board, it's a short ride...so act fast, or you'll be going back and forth for $3 a pop...hehehehehee,
    enjoy!!!!!!

when we last left Mr Nut, he was in Virginia...my home, so I'll call it a Va. Tag drop....:rofl :rofl :rofl

    heheheheheh
ya know, all someone would have to do, is make the grab in Va., and re-attach Mr Nut to the other side of the boat, in the same spot (carefull, don't drop him in the Potomac, use strong tiewraps...) and shoot the exodus on the Md. side to get Md. on the map....just sayin'....:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl
but you'd have to have the tag picture from the Md side when you said "bye-bye" to Mr Nut to make it the new tag....

oh wait, Md has already been "satisfied..."
    so I guess that ain't an option.....heheheheh
my bad, I guess he HAS to travel to a New state...hehheheheheh

    hmmmm
    maybe W.Va.????

    :cry

    welll
I blew that one folks, sorry to say I believe he's still in Md....as it was pointed out that the state line ain't in the middle of the river.....it's at the shoreline.....and Nutzy is in the water by about 100 ft.

    son of a biotch.....
I guess technically when the loading ramp dropped, and we rode off, we were on an extension of a Va road...that was floating....I dunno.
Last 2 pic's shot were Va. for sure. Nutzy lives in Limbo...a Nut without a home.
oh well, call it what you will, I'm heartbroken.....:cry :(: :bow :choppa :bert :dog :becca :eek2 :baldy :baldy :baldy :baldy :2cry :doh :mulie :pope

Seeing as the odds of a line split like this being a bit rare (how many more ferrys can the nut really be stuck to?) I going with intent. For now the MD / VA location is good to me.

You guys are KILLIN me. I've been across that ferry more times than I can count. My bike, however, is down home in TN and I'm in MD for now. Hm. Where oh where can I borrow a bike?

    :freaky

Looks like a fun game. I'll be in Alaska in August but again without a bike.

I can't believe that someone hasn't grabbed this yet.

MOB explaining to one of the ferry guyz that Nutzy will not cause the boat to list to port. Or would that be starboard? Guess that depends on which way it was going at the time.
