Works like a top! Now, all I have to do is learn how to draw tracks and routes using the software. :rofl

I don't understand how that works. Some things work, but others don't. I've got a battery charger mentioned earlier charging 2 batteries which doesn't, but than another charging 4 does. A current thing maybe?

Even on my computer my Motorola needs drivers installed in order to charge. If not I get an "unauthorized charger" message.

I'm considering ordering a couple of these, but I'm not really sure how to hook them up. They would be for my '05 KLR 650 and my wife's '09 KLR 650. Does anyone have any suggestions or details on the best way to wire them up to these bikes? I'm not really much of a mechanic, so any advice is greatly appreciated. :D

    Thanks,
    -James

You can connect it many ways:
    -Straight to the battery.
    -Through a powerlet plug/socket.
-With an SAE cable to the battery.
Red to positive, Black to negative.

Ok, ordered a couple. It sounds easy enough if I use the direct to battery option, since I don't know what a powerlet plug or SAE cable are, or if our bikes use that stuff. :p

Ah, KLR, just go staight to the battery, and don't forget to turn off whatever is plugged into it.
