Nice to hear from you Tom... Gina sends her love too! Here is a dinner story:

Met a guy who plays the harmonica at local joints (Cabo Wabo), is a stockbroker in Canada, and fly fishes everywhere he goes... We have been chatting for several days. He caught some flat fish, very few, in the last few days, nothing edible. He was packing up his gear when we saw a little feeding frenzy in the surf... in almost panic mode, Paul put his rod back together and went back at it. Caught a flat fish, small, and then 2 of these mini tuna looking things. No idea what it is... but it tasted great!

Just got a call from Paul - he has a dorado he wants to take to a local place to cook up for US! So we have a dinner date.... life sucks!

Been working too hard like most of you and have not had time to see anyone. It is crunch time tonight as we head out tomorrow to see if the ol' Beemer is up to little run though France.

We plan on meeting the in-laws there and spend 2 weeks on a small barge we rented. I know, sounds rough. Hope the old man can still handle a big boat! Then we ride the next several weeks exploring wine regions and some historical areas.

I hear that the Globebusters will be in town towards the end of July, a group of about 10 (they will double when they get to AZ).

Anyway, we will have our blog going and I will post the link here as well as updating on the important stuff - like how the drinking water sucks and costs a lot while the wine is great and does not cost as much! Fresh baguette anyone?

We upgraded this year for the same price as the train - took a shuttle so we didn't have to haul our luggage to and between trains!

Stefan had the grill going for use when we got here and we spent the evening catching up, so no bike work got done.

Our plane was almost 2 hours late due to what Gina heard was a "high explosive" hit in England... it turned out to be a hit by high "loading" equipment and so the plane does not work anymore! Uhhh, does that come out of my pay check?

We pack the bike tomorrow and do all the general bike work. But all that is after Stefan and Ira take us to our favorite little bakery! Life sucks so deal with it!

Here is the link to our blog. We hit the road tomorrow. So far everything on the bike seems good (100,001 miles showing). I got my insurance and ADAC road service today after going through the bike.

We'll let you know what's up when something is up!
