Add me to the list.
Coombs area here. I would love to connect with you folks but doubt if the bike I have (82 R100RS) is suitable for much gravel, etc.
I am due for a trip to Coombs to replace my goats on the roof sticker...

This makes me want to insure mybike through the winter...
I wouldn't consider not doing it and I commute yr round from Colwood to the Airport.

Another Brentwood Bay rider here.
There are a few of us here. I ride a DL1000 around 15,000 klms per year.
Check out the DSBC thread on Tahsis...a big bike friendly road
Ride a DL 1000, selling our house in Regina in the spring and getting everything moved out then, will be up for some group rides then.
That'll increase the 1K herd here...welcome to the Island
Another Langford (Victoria) dualsporter signing in. As I get older, the single tracks are losing appeal and I'm enjoying the easier ADV type of rides more. Usually less pain involved too! Have my eye on the Triumph 800XC arriving next spring. Gotta say the best island event so far has been the North island Ride in July put on by Gunnerbuck.
Also looking forward to the next BCBTR. An island ADV group ride is always welcome. Since there is a few of us on the lower island, we should get together for a coffee or brew sometime.
Signing in from Langford

Should be a good weekend. Let's ride! Maybe do the loop (Port Renfrew/Lake Cowichan) on Saturday or Sunday? The salt and snow should be gone after all this rain.
