With Michelle's Multi in New England for the first time we figured it was time to hit some of the north-east back roads, and get the first camp trip of the season in as well.

bikes loaded (the Sprint gets the nod as the Guzzi got to go to the Catskills earlier in the month)

    ready to roll

having fun? funny how you can always tell when someone is smiling, even w/ a full face helmet

reminds me of the MSF video.... "you may live for the freedom of the open road, but if you live on planet earth, you'll be riding in traffic..." always seems to be a lot of traffic in Massachusetts

out into the countryside... where the hell has that girl gone?

    ah.. there she is!

    off you go then

they are starting to tear down some of the old mills...

which is a shame, as they are generally quite interesting architecturally.

back into Mass (and a bit of traffic)

    quickly opens up

    quick pit stop

    and ready to go

I love riding... and I love riding w/ Michelle. Can you tell?

using the 2610 for the first time in a while, I am amazed at how much better the Nuvi 550 is in sunlight

    aptly named

    back to the narrow roads...

    that turn to

got home at a reasonable time, but pretty much knackered from the trip.
decided a cold beer would be more important than snapping pictures so.....

    that's all folks.
350 miles of New England for Michelle's multi, including RI, CT, MA, VT and NH and by the look of it this morning, a new rear for the Sprint will be in order.
