If it makes you feel any better I am a dumb phone no wi-fi or 4g wait until I get home to post tagger. It does make it a little hairy sometimes to see if I still have the tag. Either way I figure it was a fun ride.
I have a not very smart phone and have to wait until I get home also!
This tag was a bit tricky to find. I initially looked over at the main lodge area and there was nothing like this over there. I asked a local if he'd heard of it and he hadn't but said that it might be at the newest development and lodge on the other side of the mountain, called Jackson Gore. So I rode around for a little while (in the rain) before I found it.
By the way the little switch-backed access road up to here was fun. Would'a been more funner if it wasn't raining!!
I guess ePIC is some kind of a private club. I found that the front doors were locked and barred, so there was no getting in even though I had to piss like a racehorse.
<-- That's me doing the dance.
Another ski area tag...
And yes... it was snowing in that picture.
Nice riding Sir !
Great Job Fred! There is a restaurant in the building but I think it is only open during limited times during the height of the ski season. Otherwise it is just condo's I believe. Did you ride the entire access road from the main lodge to the Jackson Gore lodge?
No, I didn't realize that it connected until I got home. I looked up the "ridge road" from the main lodge side and said to myself, "Self, that can't be where it is." Doh!
Oh well, I found it eventually...
PS - Thanks for the tag. It was fun and a nice "Day Adventure."
Hmm. That's odd. Epic is just a restaurant. It's only open Thursday-Sunday, but I would think those doors should let you into the whole building, where there's a spa and all kinds of stuff. I only ever enter from the slope side, so I don't really know.
Anyway, I was in Cavendish Sunday morning and thought about going to grab this, but figured there was no way it hadn't been picked up with the weather over the previous couple days. I'll remember not to overestimate all y'all in the future.
That's not the tag. There's no snow or rain going on!!
But I'll give it to ya anyway...
Don't know if you noticed but the Mass tag is in striking distance on the NH border as of about two hours ago!! Chance for a 4-in-one day.
Oh, he noticed alright.
Sent from my Samsung Note 2
Couldn't bring ourselves to end a day of western NH and VT riding with a ride through Nashua and Mass.
Think SCS done good grabbing 3 today.
I'll get a new tag up in a bit.
This is off Route 121 for the out of staters.
SCS was very impressed with the <S>dirt</S> mud sections today.
Gotta hand ot too her, though. She's come a long way as a pillion.
Damn! I ride by that all the time! Unfortunately, I'll be on Jury Duty all week, so...
Nice Tri-fecta, by the way!
Still think you should have gone for the mass tag
I was going for 4 tags but was behind Evil by 2 hours... Gave up in Brattleboro with a burger and a beer. Should have woke up earlier.. LOL
You go to flat st. pub? Best burger for miles and miles
Very nice 2-up triple.
You sure picked a good day to do it on.
This new tag is easy to find once you figure out how to read that side street sign.
