I think JHNH has the tag?
edit: Dang! Guess I was 'd again!
Guess I was 'd.
Didn't see this until just now.
JHNH to the white courtesy phone please...JHNH to the white...courtesy...phone...
Um, I was just trying to make things more confusing. Yup, that's it, wanted to stir it up more...definitely didn't misread all the quoted photos and general ruckus...
Sorry about the delay, I understand some of you were getting impatient
Thought I'd stick with the theme... if they don't have it, you don't need it!
I just noticed your "sidebags",
Former farm of sinclair lewis!
Too funny clayhiker. Vermont (tag) recycling at its best!
shot the gap after lunch, on rt. 73, the view is horrid!
Someone can get an easy double.
Being Vermont, of course there is a green Scoobydoo in the way of the sign!!
No scoobies here today
Horrid Mt Cliffs overlook.
Going for a trifecta?
Yes indeed. It was a fine day for a triple play.
Nice to have decent WiFi at a tag location.
WiFi? WiFi? I never thought to look for WiFi. I was searching for a decent 3G signal!! :huh
Speaking of which, what is it with Vermont? No freaking cell service in 90 percent of the whole state! Even on I-91? I kept having to ride around with my phone status displayed on the GPS until I could get a few bars to upload my pictures yesterday.
Nice (quick) grab, V-strom to V-strom. That was at Goddard College in Plainfield (VT) for anyone who didn't bother to figure it out. I had just grabbed the NH tag earlier in Plainfield, NH so I thought it was kind of apropos.
Some great pavement between here and Ryegate.
Some good class 4 as well...
and a bit of this.
The zipper on my Aerostich failed but other than that a great day.
That class 4 looks like great fun on a Strom. Where is that? (PM me if necessary)
As for the asphalt goodness, I came down the full length of 232 yesterday after grabbing the Marshfield Brook NNE tag. While it is still one of the funnerest roads in VT, the pavement apparently took a beating this past winter. The past 2-3 years it has been great since the last time they paved it, but the frost heaves always seem to have their way again, eventually.
PS when I typed "East Topsham" into Google, it auto completed "Cemetery." I guess they've seen a few hits on that phrase in the last little while.
Was havin a wild hair and thinkin about gearing up to go get that but its a decent haul from here and I'm whipped. Think I'll go have a Gin and Tonic instead.
