That Wolfman tankbag seems to be a nice fit on the Versys-X.

Yep its a good fit, not to big not to small. It was carried over from my Duke 390.

Yes very enjoyable day but also a day that for me was instructive.
I hit a small object ( probably a pine cone) with my rear wheel in a curve and the little unsettlement made me loose focus and I ran quite wide in that curve. Way way to close to uncoming traffic.
Have to practise getting back in line and also scan the road better. Pine and spruce = cones on the road.

Somewhere in southern Saskatchewan there is an old, derelict barn in a farm field. I stopped to take a picture of it. The shadow me and my Versys-X300 was stretching along the field.

ksmoker2, I see you've replaced the OEM IRC tires with something more aggressive. They look like Mitas E-07. Can you confirm what you put on and tell us how they are? I've got 4,800 km on the OEM IRC's but I figure they'll be finished in about another 2,000-3,000 km. In addition to performance, one concern for me is how easy (or difficult) tires are to change by hand because I've got tendonitis in both hands so my hands are ... for lack of a better word ... weak. Thanks.

A few pics from today. Rode about 25 miles and took a ferry to one of the islands in the lake Malaren west of Stockholm.
    IMG_8260320.jpg
Small Island, I did approx. 15-16miles on the island Adelso.

Most roads like this but also over open fields.
    IMG_1915.jpg
And gravel for a few miles.
