Nice video. Great footage! What do you use to edit your movies?

    Thanks!

To produce my videos, I edit with Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD, convert the out-of-camera AVCHD footage to less-compressed AVI using Cineform, and use lots of imagination . . .

That rock garden east of Mengel pass bites a lot of people. I'm guessing that was it.

    Fine job!:thumb:thumb

You guessed correctly . . . I've heard it called Mengel and Gholer . . . Google Maps shows it as Goler Wash Rd, at intersection with Coyote Canyon Road . . . and yes, even a fairly talented rider has only a 50-50 chance of picking and staying on feasible track through the section, especially going up it (going down would be considerably easier, because momentum is persistent and easily regained if you happen to stray off-track and slow down too much or come to a stop, whereas getting the bike rolling again if you're headed uphill is a daunting proposition).

This was a little gem we found out in the desert on our way into Beatty, NV.
