Vietnamese food is amazing! This past March I was in Vietnam and sampled banh xeo (pronounced as banh say-oh), or Vietnamese crepes with bean sprouts

Wife and I loved the Video VietHorse, brought back some great memories of our trip this year. For some reason I can't get that video to embed on an external site either. I double checked and am out of ideas.

Xin,,do us all a favor and edit/ add thee Vietnamese name for the great dishes you portray...i noticed very few restaurants in Vietnam had english or any other language on their menues....Yes some of the up-scale restaurants had pictures with their entrees AND tieng my va phap.....(FYI to our fellow inmates,,,tieng my =english,,,,,tieng phap = french)
