Upper motor mounts looked like carp...

After, they shined up and sparkeld like the Mrs. baby blues looking at the all you can eat buffet at the Cracker Barrel,

Thanks! I don't know why but it is fun to post this stuff, I like to go back and look at it from time to time as well. I see people view it but don't know if people like it unless they say so? Glad you enjoy it!

Of course I forgot to remove a broken bolt that holds the radiator on so I drilled it out but didn't want to use heat so I broke the first "easy out" off so drilled it bigger but still could not get it out.

I ended up going even bigger and the re- tapping the hole and the old bolt came loose inside and jammed the tap in the hole, I was able to back it in and out and eventually got it out....PIA

I'm happy with the progress this weekend, probably be able to finish it by the end of next weekend.

    Thanks C O!

Didn't have much time tonight but did hook up all the radiator hoses on, installed the chain, started the controls and lubed the cables.

Freshly oiled filter as well as fresh oil in the transmission.

Have to have new grips for the "new bike" feel,

Thes are the only grips that last me more than 3-4 rides, I use the air gun to put them on and it takes a couple seconds on each side.

    Safety wired on,
