The horse crowd is hitting this one hard and heavy.

Get on there and tell 'em what we want for our bikes!

Yes they are! We need to hit back, hard, before somebody concludes horse people are the majority of users. So far, that's almost entirely who has been posting- horse people.

Get to it, brothers and sisters!

Apparently my comments on horse manure was unacceptable... maybe the moderators there have an agenda. :scratch I didn't say anything objectionable...

:dunno I didn't copy/paste it to a word document. :norton
Something to the effect of having hiked in the Capitol Forest, along the Mima Falls trail - dodging stagnant puddles polluted with horse manure; I much preferred multi-use trails shared with mountain bikes and motorcycles because the 'damage' they produce is typically limited to some erosion versus that of animal waste... :1drink

and the slips in the rock or the skids in the trail are gone with the next rainfall, whereas the horse poop stays, and only starts to flower with its imported seed invasion, after all the hikers and riders are gone.
They make them regulate the weed free hay in the backcountry, but they do not regulate what the horse ate the day he headed up the mountain in the back of the trailer.
Motorsickles don't shit out toxic seeds from faraway lands,,but they are capable of carrying same. Bikes are just not as effective at spreading invasive seeds as horses are.
    goddammedest horrible stuff!!
    GORSH!
