Bock is a type of beer, like ale. Let me know when your beer is ready for consumption. I could be there in 3 hours.

Fermented 130 gallons or so of traditional cider from real juice last fall.
Its really coming into its own with the warmer weather and is sparkling very nicley. The flavor is great with dry/apple notes and the in bottle sparkle is really nice on a hot summer day! I hope to have enough to last through this coming fall,
    Cheers,
    Tom:clap

Popped a Cascade "The Vine" opened, and an aged Meantime London porter. Crazy, but the porter is a hazy dark orange, no coffee or dark malt notes at all, its really carbonated and has a nice sour note to it. My girlfriend says its more like an "oud bruin" than a porter. I agree. (its been in the cellar for a while, though).

I made a Imperial Stout two weeks ago, OG was 1.170 and has come down to 1.030 in the fermentor. Currently soaking the ends of an oak cask from Woodinville Whiskey Company that had Bourbon in it. Plan on aging the Stout in that cask for 4-6 months to get the nice oaky/ bourbon flavor. Patience pays off in the end.

nope, proprietary. just ordered a 10 barrel brewing system so you'll be able to taste in our taproom come fall/winter if you make it down this way. We do a variation with pomegranate that is pretty dang tasty.

Brewed up Hop Killer to celebrate batch number 1,000. Almost 5 pounds of Hops per Barrel. Plus a Double Dry Hop Session to come.

Congrats on the new system Dansrc51 :clap
