Well here we go my first ride report.

Since the mods installed the day trips I thought I would jump in.

I took off Sunday with the new Wee and camera and stayed on the one lane black top roads here in N. Texas.

Started the day with a shot by be old feed store.

    Down by the water hole.

    Under the train track.

This store was open when I was a kid, and people in this small town would pull there cars up here and wash them using the old pump,
till someone ran off with the handle.:jerko

Sunday afternoon, no one at the brush harbor. :D

    My new "horse" and theirs.

    Wow, a water crossing in N. Texas!:eek1

    Back, the way I came,,,,,,,

Front, the way I am going.

Well that's all the pictures I took, its short and maybe not so sweet, but I had fun killing all the grasshoppers along the way.

Cool pics, seems like a cool place!

Have you ridden the "Three Sisters" down in Texas? Ranch Road 335, 336, and 337, I believe they are. I was 100 miles from them but never got to ride them! I here they are incredible though!

    New Harp

I told myself I would not take the new wee down the dirt and gravel roads around here until I got crash bars and a skid plate.

    Famous Last Words

Set out north on the road that runs in front of my house.

Saw the sign for New Harp loop and decided I had not been back in there in a few years.

Welcome to the New Harp Community building.

I don't know if it this was a school, a church or both "in the day."

Wonder if there is a bell up there?

    iDaves worse nightmare?

At least they have the " necessities" of life.

This should make a few electricans say "oh my!":eek1

This tree was still alive, wonder how many kids got in here?

Gate to the cemetary, which is right next to the community center.

Someone wrote out New Harp cemetary and the date in pebbles.

I have seen these all over this part of Texas, Woodsman of the World?
    Wonder if they still exisit?:ear

I have always thought these windmills were cool. So I took several angles.

This shed was across the road, still looks solid.

Indians would tie young trees in a bend to point a direction and the tree would stay that way as it grew. Was this a trail marker?

I looked for Dorthy, and her little dog too, wait that should start with an O.

IT's been a few years since I posted any pictures, been riding a lot and my wife has taken some really good pictures of "stuff" around North Texas. I am going to try to post them,,, soon,,,but here are a couple. These are not the "stuff" just riding pictures. So no real story worth telling.
