[IMG]Went for a beer run today, should I take the Dodge 4x4 or the KLR, was 2c outside, took the rig, have added some Hella driving lights to the hack, at 2c at least the beer stays chilled, was about a 50km round trip:1drink. diverdown

Just got back from one myself, unfortunately no pic's however i can highly recommend any beer by Howe sound brewery in British Columbia, currently enjoying a imperial licorice stout at a whopping 10% alcohol and they are one litre bottles. Sadly my bike and I are sticking put for a wee but!!

Actually, if your up for something really special and you live in BC, try to get your hands on a bottle of Lighthouse belgian black beer, the bottle design is slick, skull with a pirate cap, absolutely amazing, unfortunately it was a limited run this time only 5oo +- bottles, this time. So tasty.

Or if you can get your hands on it, the granville island chocolate porter and while I am at it the dead frog winter beercicle(similar to granville island winter ale, but consistent and dark, much tastier). Has a picture of a guy licking a steel pole in the winter! Taste like cream soda, kind of, maybe more vanilla or something, regardless it is delicious. Think alcohol and root beer, mmm. More of a dessert beer

How the heck do you power those lamps for more than 5 min without pulling the battery totally dead on a KLR?! (I also have a KLR hack, see the link in my sigline).

Hey Diver, you have any close ups/ info on your hack? I see that youve got it attached to a KLR which is something I've been thinking about.

The side hack came from DMC sidecars in Enumclaw WA. There are pictures and pricing on there web site. www.dmcsidecars.com.I luv the rig and have being having a blast riding around with it this winter up here in British Columbia.I see you are from southern Utah, spent the month of November down in Moab with the KLR but not the Hack, will go back with the Hack and do the White rim trail. if you want anymore info just ask, but pretty straight forward, bolt it on and have fun. diverdown

    Ooooh, Genesee!
Your shots better be up to date.
Their Cream Ale is a real killer. :photog

If you're ever near Rochester, NY you should take a look at the Genesee River...that's where they get their water. :puke2

    Cheers.
