O well, might as well embrace the "theme".

Good god that bike is in good condition. There's not even scuff marks on the case. Did he ever ride it?

You do know that the red KLRs fade over time to pink? Not that there is anything wrong with pink. Tee hee.

how the hell did he ride it for 60,000 miles and never scuff the side cases?

did he wear fluffy slippers? (granted...pink slippers would match the pink bike)

No shit man. My side cases looked like hell after only 500 miles of MX boots scraping them.

Like I said, this thing has been treated well.

This exactly. It would not GO so he CHROMED IT. Typical pirate behavior. He thought ADV meant ADVANCED. DIRTY? He did not like DUSTY from the look of his stuff. The bathrooms in the house are spotless and he always hangs his clothes in a closet in a certain order too. Socks all sorted and put away by color.Trouble is, if you buy that bike YOU become the target of that SAME KIND OF SPECULATION:D.

A good rider would have 'Evel Knievel' that little hole there--But not Than, he has to try to go through that and draw attention to himself.

(Hey JJ, I am just trying to deflect attention your way so people can forget about my 'Khrome' KLR.

Is M119, The Tunnel of Trees, a one way road? Looking at vids on Youtube it looks pretty narrow.

The hunt continues for roads to strafe.:ear

Really looking forward to meeting up with some of you to do some riding/exploring.

No it's a two way road sometimes loaded with tourists. Not really a road you want to strafe it is more of a leisurely ride and enjoy the scenery type of road. There is no room for error. You have about a foot of runoff before you're in the trees. Ask Than about the last time he rode it. IIRC the road was wet?

O man, slimy ass corners everywhere!

I have ridden it hard, on a weekday in August, but even that was a bad idea.
