Yeah......don't use your pinch bolt to hold your axle while you tighten it. Go buy the 19 mm hex bit :fpalm
It puts the swing arm in a bind.

What road or trail were you on for the creek crossings and traveling?

The road is called Long Run. You can get to it several ways. The easiest is go to Ellamore on Rt 151. It's near the line of Upshur and Randolph County. If you look on google maps you can find it near Ellamore. Though google maps calls it Lang run. When I had my dirt bike we would go up in there and spend all day riding.

Thanks! I was hoping that it would be in the Green Banks WV area but its not. A few of us will be riding in that area next week.

No creek crossings, but a nice backroad ride from Green Bank into VA. And a very nice ride back up 250 for your return.

Have you ever traveled Public Rd 55 which crosses HWY 39 and goes up to Mill Gap Rd (HWY 84)?

Took me a little to figure this out. 55 and 39 are the same road through there, and I've always just called it 39.

If you're going that way, try 150. The scenic highway. Great area.

I wanted to add a few picts from our recent trip. There was a lot of good riding and wish we would have stopped more to take photos!

What's funny is that the people who live here who don't travel anywhere in the state.
Lots of folks right where I live have never been to Seneca, and I'll ride down for lunch.
Many have no idea where Green Bank is, or have never been to Durbin or Cass.

It's a shame that they don't appreciate what's around them.

Yea it amazing how a lot of folks just stay around their one area and that's it.

A couple of picts from going to Green Bank Observatory a few years back.

I evidently did quite well, discovering, thru browsing my DeLorme Atlases, then riding all this great stuff- from CNY. When we rode Dave Coombs' Blackwater DS events, I found that I had already ridden much of it...

    I did 55 from S to N.
