"West Virginia is simply God's work of art!"
I lived in Morgantown, WV during '96 and have ridden the backroads throughout the state on my '85 Ltd.Edition GoldWing, fought the challenging mountain trails and sloshed through the many, many streams on my PE175 Suzuki. Many enjoyable hours of riding and many dollars were spent by me on weekends in your magnificent state.
The pictures and videos posted here cause me to remember how much I wanted to stay in WV. I will definitely go back in the spring and bring along some of my TN riding buddies.
Thanks for posting your photos/videos and for starting this new thread.
Great Thread...........Keep it rolling.....
Growing up in McDowell County during the 60s and 70s gave me the chance to roam the back roads and holars on my mini bike and then dirt bike..
Seeing this thread has inspired me to make a trip back there soon to see if I can find some of those old spots..
If anyone has some pics along Rt 52 between Iaeger and Welch, i'd appreciate it if you post a few up..Spots like Coon Branch MTN, Wilmore Damn to Colewood, The Pony Farm, The old road between Roderfield and Iaeger and such would be a thrill to see.

So many of these pictures are from the area I'm in. Damn I've got good riding out here. I might be spoiled for the rest of my life because of it. Nothing will ever be as good.
