My Super E is pretty much needing a boost every cold start now. And my battery tender died so its about time for a new battery. Think it was the original.

I know the Shorai are a lot lighter but they seem to get some mediocre reviews. Also, I read somewhere they are not water proof? That's a deal killer for me on an off-road bike.

What is th best sealed/agm battery that has the most cranking power? This is one of the harder bikes I have to start cold, and I only ride it on the weekend so I need something durable. The stock battery was fine last year but it seems pretty weak this year.

    Thanks

The best seem to be antigravity and earth-X. There are also Ballistic but without any recommendations. It seems the secret is to get the biggest possible battery you can install with these LiFePo4 (16 cells and more). Also Odyssey have a very good reputation in here, but are a bit bulky. Finally there are the cheap Chinese going around $40 and you take your chances.
    Cheers.

The earth x are pretty spends but are people happy? Plenty of cranking and water proof?
