Myself, I rode my 1995 Honda CB1000 to a local Dealer and test rode a 2013 TW200.
It is Raining pretty good here today so I rode the 955 Sprint ST with Michelin Pilot 3's.
R1200R. Not likely to change much anytime soon
No ride, just washed.
Pedal bike. Indoors too.
How was the TW200? I'm thinking about that model for me and the wife. She's real short and I want to explore some backroads.
Not bad, 36° on the way to work, and 46° on the way home.
40 degrees on the way into work, 44 degrees on the way home.
Heated gear rocks!
I rode this one for the last three days;
But today I rode this one;
Nothing to write home about. It will work in traffic. I did not, but I see it working on Hwy for a stint or two. I have no idea about off road. We have sand here anywhere you go off road and I don't know how the large tires will deal with that. Mountain area roads should be fun! I am looking at this to replace my 1975 XL350....KICK START. And be a commuter with 80mpg.
Local dealer $3683 , but then +399+199++++..........
I'll be looking for a used one unless they take 3500 out the door!
As far as riding position, I am 6'1" and it is an up right bike but my knees were a bit high. I will lower the pegs.
On my day off a little 350 mile roadtrip was in order!
Thanks. Very helpful.
Piaggio MP-3 250.
Well, not today, I'm back in Ky. and working, but, last week I was in Central California for 3 days and put 750 miles on this.
Tiger 800 , rented from Eagle Rider .
And I went to the Rock Store. It was closed that day but, cool to be there. I went on Sunday for Bike Day last time I was there, back in the summer of 1977, thirty six years ago !
Sweet! SC has TT's for rent at ER!
I'm thinking of doing something similar...
Bottom is dropping out here...COLD
1989 Kawasaki Ninja 250, and probably not going to change anytime soon either..
my DRZ. rode it to work. like every weekday. makes for a fun commute.
on weekend days, though, i get to ride the really fun bike---KTM 450xc-w--in the really fun stuff...
this weekend will have an interesting twist. our favorite KTM dealer is putting on their annual "incentive run". they hide little "easter eggs" around the trails by their shop. you ride around and try to find them. inside are coupons, etc.
they also set up some endurocross obstacles...which is the really fun part.
