They should have named that bike the Valkyrie.
a 1199 Panigale S.....like yesterday!
Gotcha. You just always come up with the most interesting bikes to post up. Don't stop!
I'm gonna "not stop" right away!
Here's one with the same engine, the 660 thumper as in the MT03 posted
above (and XT660R, XT660X and XT660Z-Tenere)
The Aprilia Pegaso Strada Factory with some carbon bits, more ground
clearance (or was it just seat height) and wider bars then stock.
The bike also runs on spoke whees and is about 4lbs lighter then the regular
Oh yeah, radial front brake too, the regular doesn't have that either.
At this rate, something stupid is going to happen soon. Very soon.
+1 for the stupidity.
Okay, apparently I was too cryptic.
Dakez posted this Duc, who makes it, how can I get it, how much?
After some googling:
I thought I recognized that frame and engine!
Hmmmm.... And I just happen to have a '93 900SS lurking in the corner of the garage. I've thought many times of stripping off the bodywork and doing something different with it... Like maybe a sorta naked, quasi-cafe racer or something with regular bars in place of the clip-ons, a round headlight, etc Hmmm... Project ideas just keep piling up!
I want one of these to take on my RV, because it is compact and lightweight, and looks like fun.
Rigid rear suspension?
Waiting for tire to be mounted on my Wee, came across this machine. First time i've seen one in person, must say it is quite tempting. Good thing i'm way too broke to be serious.
Ah, yes, I see the little rear coilover back behind the exhaust now.
Pretty cool little scoot.
I have wanted one of these for a couple of years, but where I live objects (right off a 75 mph highway). However, we may be moving into town in the next few months. I may have to rethink if I could use one of these living in the mostly 45 mph city.
Honda to build a CRF450L that looks like this!!!!
nice , is this a kit to be added? they should make this bike street legal in the states
