Today I want 2 bikes..... both practical (surprising!)

1st: MZ 660 Baghira Black panther. Raptor 660 motor on a SM with luggage provisions. 50hp thumpers make me smile!

Next, I have an aching itch for the ugliest bike I've seen in a long time. So ugly its gorgeous. Great touring do it all bike, close spec to my r1200st. Meet the 105hp Moto Guzzi Stelvio:

Pizza hog, you and i are on the same page.

Saw the new VFR in the flesh yesterday and its off the list. Rode in 90+ weather today and the RT is off the list.

    That leaves

That Beamer C6 thing is really growing on me. DAMN YOU!!! Considering that they got 190hp out of the S1K, I wonder what this thing would put out.

And, it would probably go plaid, too. :evil

....I'd take plenty of cash to Canada and buy a new 1985 Suzuki RG-500 Gamma. I was club-racing back then, and wanted one for the track so bad....... and I'd still cherish one if I had it today.

When I saw the title of this thread in my e-mail notifications, I KNEW it's
    gonna get flooded with posts!

    :D

    So, let's see.
Today, when I was out on my ER6F (650R) and hating the goddamn
plastic rattling two bikes poped into my mind. One sensible and
probably a great idea as a replacement, the other a lot less reliable
    one :D

    Here's both:

A Bandit 1250 naked (would prefer the 2009 model):

..and this lovely guy, the Shiver..

Partly because I really like the bike, partly because I know the guy that welds the frames... and only if I don't have to pay for it myself, of course...

After spending some time in the harley dealer today. Was thinking of upgrading sice i got promoted and got a nice little wage increase.

BUT DAMN the harley i want is either a Dyna FXD super glide (just feels to small an is surprisingly heavy) or a ElectraGlide classic (witch is insanely expensive) the bloody thing cost more than my friggen truck did and i bought that new LOL.

So the bike i want now is the one i own my 08 V-Star silverado 1100. Proble gona send it out to get dyno tuned to dial in the jetting a bit better and just put my money into going to further and better places.

Oh and maybe pick up a old smaller duel sport to mess around with in the dirt too.

I guess today I'm trying to be a little more practical. How about a 120hp V-twin sport tourer (emphasis on sport). MZ 1000 ST, be the only one in town!
