Those wheels look pretty nice. Did you just lace the rims up to your stock hubs?

Jeez... don't DO that to me! Went out just now to check... nope: direction arrow is pointing the right way... whew!
That tread pattern fools a lot of people.
Think of it this way. Unlike the rear tire which needs maximum traction while accelerating, the front tire needs maximum water displacement when braking.. with the pattern that direction.. as you are hard on the brakes it'll squirt the water out the sides (the stretch forces on the rubber are in the opposite direction)..
Looks great! ...and reminds me that I need foot peg extensions... Enjoy your trip.
Got the new logos on today, too...
I'm finally ready too
We're heading out on a 5 day 1000 mile offroad ride in NW Colorado / Utah... a ride I named the "Dinosaur Run" as I designed it so we do a loop around Dinosaur National Monument. I put the route together specifically with 9X0's in mind. There are 25 of us going total.. of which 7 of us are on LC8's. Should be a hoot!

Don't forget to post a link of the ride report when you get back!
Have a great trip guys! You're going to have a blast.
Wish I could join you guys!. If I weren't already 1200 miles from home I'd be all over it!
Mounted a 19" front wheel (Woody's) with new sticky road rubber.
What a waiste of an adventure bike hey
No, I splashed out on a set of Woodys 50/50. Silver rims are back in !!
Thanks. A friend came over and we were staring at my KTM in the garage and talking about bikes and tires and I showed him my crash bars on the tanks. So I grabbed a pry bar and did just what you said. Worked out great. Thanks. That should give me enough room so that I don't wear a hole in my tank.
I feel my KTM is a little overkill around him. He has a Honda Nighthawk 750 that he has been riding all over the western US. He decided one day to start using it as a dual sport. So he put dual sport tires on it so that he had better traction on the 4 wheeler trails and such that he wanted to explore.
Yesterday I spooned on a Mefo Super Explorer and a MT-21. I also changed the oil/filters and installed the Black Dog skidplate & kevlar case protection.
Today I 'll be finishing up the mounts so that I can use my Mermites on the Gobi pannier racks.
Before, cut original screen, custom xenon light, rarely used and not very good.
Be gone, old non working alarm, xenon light, old ballast, two relays, cables.
New Rally Raid screen (orange), some paint and stickers.
The original Orange Crush.
That looks GREAT!
Just installed a new RR screen as well. Need to get some pictures but so far, so good!
New Arrow pipes and Zeta hand guards. Madchen now roars. Quite noticeable on mid range power and shoots from 120 kmh to 150 much quicker
Ordered the TT HID front fairing & lights
