Took advantage of a very kind local farmer and continued to explore the hills at the top of our valley. Feel so grateful to have a place like this to ride, so close to home..

And no, I didn't ride up that rock the bike is leaning against. Maybe one day..

No problem, If I understand correctly WOTA is his "home" competition organization.

So what you're saying is that Northern WI has some fun places to ride also.

Adjusted controls, removed the Pirelli MT-43 rear and Chinese tube, and prepped the rim for a Tubliss.

At less than 4 hours of riding at 5 psi, the MT-43 developed scallops on the center knobs. The only pavement riding was a few hundred feet of slow neighborhood streets.

It is just great that they have the ability to adapt to different environments quickly. Makes taking them to so many places possible without worry and relocation efforts always seem to go extremely well!

Definitely. Bring your bike down sometime. There are no other trials riders in my immediate area so would be good to ride with someone..

Swapped some brass on the new whipping wagon, and tried out an awkward double ledge to uphill to ledge thing that used to give me grief. Bonus, i sold my old bike to my bestie/training partner on dirt bikes. It was his first time out and he seemed to enjoy it. I hope to drag him to an NMTA event soon.

Tell us more. What year and model? Being ignorant and thick it looks like a late TY, but not that late, to me. I have a hankering for one but they are rarer than hens teeth down here. I like Yammies and have an unfulfilled lust for a TY 175.

I broke down the front wheel to take and have the 3 cracks welded. Upon closer inspection I found it has 5(!) cracks. I'm wondering if it's so fatigued that I'll just be chasing cracks down the trail. So now I'm considering replacing it as I can get a pretty good deal on new complete assembly from RSI.

    Whadda ya think?

Installed a rear Tubliss and a Dunlop 803GP but couldn't air up the Tubliss bladder. :( Removed the tire and now I can't remove the Tubliss to see what's up with the bladder.
