I like that you give Mallory a little advertising over at awarddecals she is the bomb, she has made a ton of custom decals over the years for me. They wear like iron :freaky

    Das Boot,
Has she made decals for your GS? If so do you think she would have those as part of her "inventory". I've been looking for someone "local" to make some decals but don't see any of her non standard work listed on her web site.

Her work is awesome she has made a bunch of stuff for me. I simply emailed her some pics and told her the size and application. She can make anything, my decals are custom things not GS or BMW related at all.

Installed the Stebel Nautilus horn using a Hornig mounting bracket that does not require separating the horn from the compressor for some ESA shocks on an Adventure.

would be very interested in learning a little more about your approach and the method used. I have a SNH compact, sitting on my bench, and if you have an easier mounting method than those I've seen posted .... I'm all :ear's

None noted but only 80 miles of paved 40 degree riding since the install. I bought my kit from Sierra BMW after stumbling across this, http://www.motorcycleparts-hornig.c...lu-High-grade-Steel/Nautilus-Stebel-Horn.html

Notice it will only fit ESA equipped models where the ESA module is on the side. It was kind of bitch to install, but I did not remove the tank. I put a diode between the coil of a weatherproof relay and mounted the relay on a left silver bracket at the front of the Adventure trim panel, which is also a great ground point! Arg camera battery just died...pic to follow...

    The location of the relay:

View of the horn. The bracket is attached to the nut on the horn and goes back to the original horn mount. (Working blind it is a T-30 bolt on the original horn).

I hope this is not too much for the original intent of this thread.
