Yep, that's what I was thinking.

    Those are awesome photos!

When I was in high school and riding motorcycles a lot, my Dad and I visited my Grandmother and step-Grandfather, Albert, in Los Angeles. Albert was a doctor and had a small practice in Boyle Heights. Albert stood about 5'4" and weighed about 130. When I knew him, he was in his 70's. When he found out that I was riding, he told me that when he was in medical school, he owned a Harley and rode it all over Austria. We have no pictures.

I love that family motorcycle history...

Here's a photo of my Dad, taken on Saltspring Island around 1938 on his 1927 Harley. This wasn't a show bike! He used this for his basic transportation and brought home many deer strapped over it. This old bike brought home the venison!:D

I have 1 of my father doing a wheelie on an old Ducati. I gotta learn how to scan and post it. Motorcycles and fishing are 2 of the traditions that are currently in the 3rd generation of my family. Good Stuff

Awesome pics. I love seeing pics of old Harleys. Harley's best days, imo.
