I picked up a 2008 GS a couple of years ago. I've been out and about on it a fair amount and it is a great bike. Of course how I ride gravell I need three wheels to keep me out of trouble. Hopefully I haul the whole works to Brock in March.

Right on! Will be interesting to see how it turns out. Peter & Brock at Side Effects have turned out some amazing creations.

Well the car is finally delivered to Brock, now the GS will have the indignity of a truck ride. Hoping to be riding the rig by summer but Brock is a busy man and has a ton of projects on his plate. I will post pictures if I can ever get this damn iPad to copy and paste the links. :huh. Claude's trail reducer went in easy peasy.

Looking forward to seeing what Brock comes up with. Did he rename the business since his Dad retired?

OK, stole wifey's imac for a bit, here are some pictures. I installed Claude's trail reducer so the GS had the indignity of a ride in the trailer. Brock figured I would end up on my head if I rode it with out the car attached. Been there before so didn't relish the idea of it happening again :D

Will try to get some photos as Brock gets into the project. In the mean time I guess I have to ride this

Here is a bit of a teaser, long time in the works but starting to come together. Total re-due of the Ural suspension and hub. More pics to follow. Might have it for some winter time fun
