"Buttermilk", it will tighten you up when that greasy road food wants to loosen you up.
Strong coffee in the morning, usually starbucks via while camping.
Water the rest of the day. Never hit the road with a dry CamelBak.
Gin&Tonic once I make camp.
Note, at no point during this thread did I see anyone suggest drinking and riding, but I suspect drinking and posting a page or so back,...
I've read this before too. I did it extensively on hot days in Mexico with great results. I'm not one for heat either.
Water of some sort on the ride, some Chocolate milk when filling up at a Pemex. Life was good.
What a dick! You must be a riot at a party. You'd be the Lt Hauk in "Good Morning Vietanm" - the lighter side of things are never too obvious to you.
When I saw the title to this thread, I immediately thought beer, bourbon and wine. That's what I drink at the end of every day during an "adventure bike trip." I don't think anyone mentioned they drank while riding - you just applied your opinions to the topic and assumed anyone on this side of the pond is a boozed up, drugged up, gun totin', helmetless biker raping and pilaging across the land.
Maybe you should get out and see the world. Might alter some of your preconceived notions.
Water during the ride, and either a fine Single Malt Scotch or a louched Absinthe after the ride is done.

I just think this is a simple misunderstanding
And possibly watching the news too much. You do know they are full of shit Tancaker?
As far as how long alcohol stays in your system, well that was already covered. You are a bit off.
In short, there is nothing wrong with firing weapons while sipping bourbon, while riding without a helmet, singing 'give me back my bullets'
These guys have it right. I just don't see any liquor
In all seriousness. thanks for the heads up on peanuts and chocolate milk. I certainly do not want to dump salt into my hydro pack.
Your posts are douchebaggy.
