    Right.
Tell you what: outlook even directly affects body chemistry. Ever try it?

(at least to a point. Not to be confused with outright denial, and no doubt-
one can probably not talk oneself out of depression just like that).

Yup....notice my signature line, it is there for a reason: much worse than what others may say about or
towards me has been my very own harsh judgement. Or stuff like:"you can't do this....you can't do that...blah...
    blah...blah....it's all shitty anyways...."

Took a long time to learn to just let that clutter ramble and be like:
Ja....ja....ja..... (eye rolling here) :norton....stop wasting my time.

There is not a day that I do not think about the brother that I lost to suicide. It takes some grace to accept that we cannot know how it feels to be someone without hope. Dave

Suicide is the most fucked up selfish thing you can do to your loved ones. It leaves them with a life-sentence of guilt, pain, anger, and confusion - none of which are deserved.

The 4-year anniversary of my step-son's choice to go this way is coming up this Holiday season. If there is a heaven or a hell, and by some chance we both end up there, I'm gonna kick his ass.

Nothing sucks like losing kids sucks.

    "Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
    I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
    Only I will remain.[2]

This applies to prison time, loss of loved ones, and mental attitude in general.

I'll keep trying to ride until I take my last breath. I am so lucky to have friends here that will still ride with me. They know any day they spend with me,they may end the day calling for the coroner, but still they invite me along. Life is good, enjoy it.

nothing will shorten that life any danged faster than the search for the female you seek, stop seeking!,find a bunch of wrong ones along the way, just for lesson's sake! Learn to cook your own eggs the way you like them.
there are plenty of sharp, intelligent, caring women that you can share with, and care about,,you don't have to marry or grow old together, to the very contrary,,being together keeps you from growing old.
Share your happy with everyone you meet!
Tip the gas jockey a buck or two,,and watch the smile!:1drink

If you didn't care what happened to me,
And I didn't care for you,
We would zig zag our way through the boredom and pain
Occasionally glancing up through the rain.
Wondering which of the buggars to blame
And watching for pigs on the wing.

your not going to like this.

you response is your way of dealing with this tragedy, since it is too hard for you to comprehend. so you blame him. you might understand someday.
