10/9/2016 my wife was headed to work on the bike wearing all the gear. lady pulled out in front of her making her lay the bike down and hit the car. wreck caused 2 broken ribs, but also damaged both arteries in the back of neck feeding the brain. as a result she had massive strokes on both sides of her brain. so now 2 surgeries later they have removed 3/4th of her cerebellum . and is currently still in a coma. drs do not know if she ever wake up, or how her future life will be if she does.

    Be careful out there.
And if you feel the need to help I have started a gofundme account to help with all the bills that will be piling up.

You are a gentlemen and a knight. Take solace in knowing that whatever the outcome, you have done your humanly best you could for her. Godspeed!

You both are in my thoughts daily.
I meant to post on Monday but something came up.
In a bit of a bad space myself but every little bit helps right?
    I'm pulling for her!

Since I have 3 daily riders in my family, your situation is thought/worried about quite often. Thank god she was ATGATT.

God bless you both - we are praying for you.

Damn. Like many have said - not sure what to say. As someone whose wife just started riding, I really hope to never have to face this.

You are both in my thoughts and I hope she recovers.

Well she is seemingly to get a little better every day. finally breathing on her own, moving her left arm and leg some. Awake and aware most of the time. they want to try getting her to talk soon.
